Goutte — crise aiguë et thérapie urate-abaissante

Prescription Loi 31 — crise aiguë : AINS (naproxène 500 BID) / colchicine 1,2-0,6 mg / prednisone 5 j. ULT : allopurinol 100 mg titré, prophylaxie colchicine 0,6 mg DIE × 3-6 mois. Cible uricémie < 360 µmol/L.
