Fièvre (adulte et pédiatrie)

Prescription Loi 67 — objectif CONFORT, pas la normothermie : acétaminophène 1re ligne (adulte 500-1000 mg q4-6 h, max 4 g/j ; enfant 15 mg/kg q4-6 h, max 75 mg/kg/j), ibuprofène en alternative (enfant ≥ 6 mois) ; jamais d'AAS < 18 ans (Reye), pas d'alternance routinière ; < 3 mois, pétéchies, retour de zone paludéenne = urgence.
